1. Definitions
“User” refers to any individual who accesses or interacts with the Site or uses any of the services provided by the Foundation, including but not limited to the Disha AI Chatbot and Maya AI Mock Interview Platform. This includes registered users, anonymous visitors, and any person benefiting from the Foundation’s programs and tools.

4. Eligibility

5. Donations
All donations made to JobsForHer Foundation are non-refundable.As a non-profit organization, we utilize donations to fund various programs, sessions, events and initiatives. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred.
At The JobsForHer Foundation, we rely on the generosity of our donors to fuel our mission of empowering women. You can support our work by making a one-time or recurring donation—online, by mail, or by contacting our team directly. Upon request, we’ll send you a receipt and a formal acknowledgment of the donation made. If you choose, we’ll also keep you informed about how your donation is helping drive real change through our initiatives.
6. Use of Services
You agree to use the services provided by the JFH Foundation only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You should not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. AI-Based Services
7.1 Disha AI Chatbot
Disha is an AI-powered chatbot built to support and empower women in their professional development. By interacting with Disha, users acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The chatbot provides contextual and personalized experiences beyond basic query handling.
- It addresses the needs of Starters, Restarters, and Risers, offering information related to Opportunities, Learning, and Communities based on user profiles and interactions.
- Designed with bias mitigation strategies to ensure equitable support for women.
- Includes guardrails to ensure safe, respectful, and trustworthy interactions.
Data Collection for Disha AI Chatbot:
- Users can chat anonymously without creating a profile.
- Optionally, users can register by providing their email address and profile details, including skills and work experience, to receive more personalized support.
7.2 Maya AI Mock Interview Platform
Maya is an AI-driven mock interview platform designed to simulate realistic interview experiences. By using this platform, users agree to the following:
- Conducts 30-minute mock interviews based on the candidate’s Resume and the Job Description (JD) of interest.
- Provides automated feedback on performance.
- Users may retake interviews at their discretion.
- Ensures unbiased responses, regardless of gender or background.
Data Collection for Maya AI Mock Interview Platform:
- To participate, users are required to provide their Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Resume.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, are the intellectual property of JFH Foundation or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
9. User Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The data collected by our AI platforms, including Name, Email, Phone Number, Resume, and optionally skills/work experience, is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to third parties and use it solely for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.
10. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users and to uphold the mission and integrity of the JobsForHer Foundation, the following conduct is strictly prohibited while using any of our services, including the Disha AI Chatbot and the Maya AI Mock Interview Platform:
- Submitting or engaging in irrelevant, offensive, obscene, sordid, squalid, or filthy queries.
- Using the platforms to transmit any content that is harassing, threatening, abusive, vulgar, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Attempting to manipulate or “jailbreak” the AI to produce inappropriate or non-professional responses.
- Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information.
- Using the platforms for non-career-related purposes or in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning from our services, without notice and at our sole discretion.

The Maya AI Mock Interview Platform utilizes large language models (LLMs) to conduct interviews and generate feedback based on the candidate’s resume and job description. While the system is designed to simulate realistic interview scenarios and provide constructive input, it is important to understand that:
- The AI may occasionally produce incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate responses, a phenomenon commonly known as “hallucination.”
- Feedback provided by the AI should not be treated as definitive advice or assessment.
- Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and discretion when interpreting or acting upon the AI-generated feedback.
By using the Maya AI Mock Interview Platform, you acknowledge and accept that the platform is experimental in nature and that JobsForHer Foundation shall not be held liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from reliance on its responses.
Disha AI Chatbot
The Disha AI Chatbot leverages large language models (LLMs) to provide personalized, contextual support for career-related queries. Although it is designed to offer accurate and empowering guidance, please note that:
- The AI may sometimes generate responses that are incorrect, incomplete, or not fully aligned with your specific situation.

By interacting with the Disha AI Chatbot, whether anonymously or through a registered profile—you agree that JobsForHer Foundation is not responsible for any actions you take based on chatbot responses.

15. Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the services provided by JFH Foundation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice, the matter shall be settled through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru in the English language. Both parties will appoint a single arbitrator with mutual consent. Each party shall bear its own costs and the arbitrator’s fees. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, India.
