Delivery and Shipping Policy

At JFH Foundation, our mission is to deliver high-quality services that empower women and support their journeys. We value your trust and are committed to being transparent and responsive. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, service initiation (dispatch), and delivery of digital materials.

1. Delivery Policy

Since we provide services rather than physical products, “dispatch” refers to the point when we begin scheduling or allocating resources such as consultants, project leads, or digital tools after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Services are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps, including timelines and contact information for your assigned service provider.

 Rescheduling or Delays

  • If you need to change the schedule, please let us know at least 48–72 hours in advance.
  • If there’s a delay at our end, we’ll notify you promptly and work with you to arrange a new timeline.

2. Shipping Policy (Digital Deliverables)

We don’t ship physical products, but many of our services include digital deliverables like reports, designs, or documents.

How You’ll Receive Your Deliverables

  • Digital files/Videos/Podcast will be delivered through email, our portal, or a secure download link.
  • Expected delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of your service or outlined in your agreement.

Access

If you experience any issues with file access, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
